Jump Session
This is the Oxford Lindy Hoppers live band night which is run roughly quarterly. The next Jump Session will be along soon!
Hop the Hall
This is our monthly social dance which is held on the first Friday of every month at St. Margaret’s Institute 30 Polstead Road, OX2 6TN Oxford, United Kingdom. It runs from 20:00 – 23:30 and costs £5.
If you’re coming from Oxford, Oxford Bus Company routes 6, 20 and 20a, all run up the Woodstock Road (A4144) just get off at Polstead Road. Otherwise there is plenty of on-street parking.
The Swing Fix
From March, Tuesday nights will never be the same again. For those of you who cannot keep off the dance floor, we will be starting an intimate but fun Swing social night upstairs at the Mitre on the High Street, Oxford. This will run from 8.30pm until 10.30pm and will be a chance for you to get yet more dancing into your week, without the need for formal lessons and with more opportunity for beer. If you want to show a friend what this Lindy thing is all about, there isn’t a better opportunity to do so. Details will be on FB, Twitter and this site as we get nearer to March.
