OLH understand how important your personal data is; we take this responsibility seriously and will always follow this policy and process Personal Data fairly and lawfully. When you contact OLH, register for an event, fill in a registration form, or enter into a business relationship with OLH, we may collect or hold Personal Data or Business Data. OLH may also hold Personal Data when you contact us or send us information without OLH asking for it. We may also hold and use this data only for the specific reason it was supplied.
Musicians, Teachers and other suppliers:
OLH will collect Personal Data or Business Data from you only when you voluntarily provide this information. This may include, for example, but not limited to information including your name, address, email address, postcode, bank details, and the services that you provide.
OLH may also hold or process Personal or Business Data when you contact us or send us information without OLH asking for it. We may also hold and use this data only for the specific reason it was supplied.
How OLH will use your information
OLH will use the Personal Data that we collect in a way, which is consistent with this policy in the following ways:
- For specific reason – When you provide Personal Data for a specific reason, we may use the Personal Data for that purpose.
- Organisation and operation of our events – Personal or Business Data may be collected and used by OLH for the purposes of operating and managing our events including registrations and the sale of tickets and merchandise.
- Marketing and promotion – OLH may use your Personal Data for marketing and advertising purposes where we have obtained your specific consent and believe that these will be of interest to you.
OLH will not use your information for any purpose, which is not consistent with this policy without your consent.
OLH only share your Personal or Business Data under the following circumstances:

- To respond to specific issues that you raise

- When making a claim in relation to our Public Liability Insurance
OLH will, from time to time, use third party providers such as ticketing suppliers to provide services to us. These organisations may collect and process Personal Data on behalf of OLH for specific purposes. These organisations may also process your Personal Data in accordance with their own policies. We will never sell, or draw any financial gain, from your information.
